This flexibility allows for you to prioritize your wellbeing without adding to any additional stress throughout your daily life. Therefore by expressing your feelings either by writing down or expressing it in an artistic format such as music, art, or dance you can release emotional tension in a healthy way. in addition, seeking resources such as a mental health professional is a great way to gain support in improving mental wellness.

By prioritizing self-care it benefits your mental wellness long-term. For instance being able to manage your stress is valuable to your physical health as well as your mental health. It enhances your overall quality of life by improving your emotional and social wellbeing.
